AI Product Manager – AI-Powered Retail Solutions
Own the Amazon Insights and Share of AI Voice tools that give brands deep insight — and concrete actions — for driving e-commerce growth across retail and AI search.
Overview
DetailPage.com helps e-commerce brands grow organic traffic using a patented (US Patent No. 12,093,340), AI-assisted process that finds high-traffic keywords and rewrites product content. We're hiring an AI Product Manager who is really a product builder — someone who blends product management, UX design, and hands-on development to take ideas from brand conversation to working product. You'll own and grow our Amazon Insights and Share of AI Voice tools, building production-ready proofs of concept yourself with AI while engineering helps you scale and tackle the more technically complex work.
What you'll do
- Talk to brands. Meet with big CPG and mid-tier brands to understand their goals, uncover where they're losing organic visibility, and identify ways we can further drive their business.
- Discover and prioritize. Mine client calls, internal team feedback, and competitive intel to find problems worth solving; quantify opportunities with traffic, SOV, and Share of AI Voice data.
- Build with AI. Design the UX and build production-ready proofs of concept using AI.
- Partner to scale. Hand off to engineering to harden, scale, and integrate POCs into Amazon Insights and Share of AI Voice, and to take on the more technically complex pieces.
- Run the loop. Lead lightweight agile rituals and keep a tight loop between brand feedback and release.
- Measure and iterate. Instrument usage, set success KPIs, run experiments, validate outputs and double down or sunset based on evidence.
- Evangelize. Bring brands and internal teams along with demos, release notes, and onboarding; turn flagship-brand beta feedback back into the roadmap.
What we're looking for
- Product building – proven track record taking products from 0→1, ideally having personally built and shipped working software, not just managed a backlog.
- AI-native execution – hands-on building with generative-AI tools and prompt engineering to produce real, production-ready functionality.
- UX sensibility – you design intuitive workflows and can wireframe and prototype reporting and analytics experiences, not just describe them.
- Data visualization – strong grasp of visualization best practices; you communicate trends, performance metrics, and business insights clearly.
- Technical chops – comfortable writing and reading code, discussing APIs, embeddings, and pipelines, and partnering with engineering on complex, scalable systems.
- Data fluency – comfortable with SQL and exploring data (BigQuery/Redshift-style) and turning analysis into product decisions.
- E-commerce understanding – real familiarity with how brands win on Amazon and across retail and AI search.
- Brand-facing communication – confident and curious in conversations with CPG and mid-tier brand stakeholders.
Nice to haves
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central or retail media ecosystems.
- Experience productizing generative-AI or AI-search (AEO/GEO) workflows.
- Familiarity with keyword-research tools or SEO analytics.
- Background in analytics/BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) or growth experimentation.
