Demand Generation Manager
Own our top-of-funnel pipeline through email, events, and digital channels.
The Role
We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own our top-of-funnel pipeline. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on building campaigns from scratch, driving awareness and leads through email, events, and digital channels, then measuring what works. You'll be our first dedicated demand gen hire, which means real ownership, real impact, and direct collaboration with leadership. If you've built email lists, run event campaigns, and love seeing your work translate into pipeline, this is your role.
What You'll Own
Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns
- Build and manage segmented email lists to support top-of-funnel acquisition and mid-funnel nurture
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: newsletters, product updates, event follow-ups, and drip sequences
- Track and optimize performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversion
- Coordinate messaging with sales, product, and client success to ensure consistent communication
Event & Tradeshow Marketing
- Plan and execute DetailPage's presence at industry conferences and tradeshows
- Manage pre-event outreach campaigns to drive booth traffic and meeting bookings
- Coordinate booth materials, speaking submissions, and logistics
- Own post-event follow-up campaigns to convert interest into pipeline
Speaking & Podcast Campaigns
- Identify and pursue speaking opportunities at tradeshows, podcasts, and webinars on behalf of leadership
- Create promotional assets around appearances: short clips, highlight posts, episode summaries
- Build follow-up campaigns that convert audience engagement into qualified leads
LinkedIn & Content Distribution
- Manage the DetailPage LinkedIn content calendar with a demand gen lens so every post ladders up to pipeline
- Write and schedule posts for both the corporate page and executive accounts
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine approach based on what drives traffic and leads
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Maintain and update DetailPage.com with landing pages, campaign assets, and blog content
- Monitor web analytics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and organic traffic
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Own analytics dashboards across all demand gen channels
- Create campaign assets including graphics, decks, and one-pagers
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all touchpoints
- Support sales with materials for demos, outreach, and partnership conversations
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or a high-growth startup
- Proven experience running email campaigns: list building, segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
- Experience planning and executing event or tradeshow marketing, including pre and post-event campaigns
- Strong writing skills across email copy, social content, and campaign storytelling
- Solid grasp of demand gen KPIs: MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution
- High attention to detail and strong project management across multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in e-commerce, Amazon seller ecosystems, or digital marketing tech
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Image editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of SEO or conversion rate optimization
